Training programs for all levels ?

Standard program


The standard program is for you who wants structure in your training but don’t want to spend the whole day in the gym. To be honest, this program suits most of us. The quality of training is far more important than volume. You will come into the gym, do your training and be done within 90 minutes (might take some more time if you decide to hang out with your friends after). The standard program covers all you need to develop as an athlete or if you just like training and want a fun program to follow.

Advanced program


The advanced program covers all you need to be as good as possible and perform at the highest level in the sport of fitness. The advanced program will have a specific focus area for each session, such as endurance or strength, but with the opportunity to work a bit extra as (OPTIONAL PART) if your head or body really needs more training.

Homeworkout program


I bet quite a few of us have been paying for a gym membership that we end up not using. The idea behind this program is to make it easy to train, either at home or wherever it suits you. The home workout program is all-round, fun and there is no equipment needed. Of course you can come up with your own program, but let’s be honest, it is so much easier to have a coach that tells you what to do.
