Who is the standard program for?
The standard program is for you who wants structure in your training but don’t want to spend the whole day in the gym. To be honest, this program suits most of us. Quality of training is far more important than volume. You will come in to the gym, do your training and be done within 60 – 90 minutes (might take some more time if you decide to hang out with your friends after). The standard program covers all you need to develop as an athlete or if you just like training and want a fun program to follow.
